Living in Thailand and traveling around SE Asia allows us to bring buyers great deals on quality products. We want to find and offer new and unique items to our clients. Items that would cost clients much more and most would never find without spending months or years here in Asia.

The majority of our products offered come from Asia and Thailand. We always strive to conduct business in the most professional manner where your emails, questions and comments are welcome.

Customer Service

Happy clients are very important to us and we want to correct any problems that clients may have. If you have a problem please contact us so we can attempt to correct the issue. Any claim for items must be made within three days of delivery of the item.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs and import duties are things we cannot control. All buyers outside of the United States will be responsible for any duties, fees or charges imposed upon the shipments. Items shipped to addresses within the United States or APO/FPO are duty and fee free. We will pay any and all fees on U.S. addressed orders. Please note in rare cases shipments can be delayed for several days to many weeks by Customs. Our responsibility as a seller is to package the item in a secure manner and deliver to the post office within a reasonable time frame. We can not and will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed shipments, fees or the normal problems that can happen during transit. While these are areas that we can not control we are always happy to assist the customer in any way we can. Please also note that these agencies (Customs, Homeland Security, etc) have been known to hold items for several weeks and these actions are not within our control.

Custom Made Items

Many of the items we offer are handmade or custom made for us. This allows us to offer great deals on items rarely seen in the West. Please note these items are not mass produced by machines. The nature of handmade custom items is that they may be a slight bit different from each other. The pictures shown are to best represent the items offered and we always use only our own photos. Please do not think that we are trying to deceive you with these differences. These small differences are part of the charm of a handmade custom item and what makes them unique.

Inventories and Stock

Many items we offer are custom made so extra time needs to be allowed to produce the items and process the orders. Sometimes in rare cases the item you have ordered may not be available. If any item is not available for shipment the replacement item will be shipped in its place. Replacement items will always be the latest model and or higher value.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If you are mailing your payment it should be postmarked within three days of purchase. If you are paying by check or money order, the funds must be in US dollars and drawn on an US Bank. Payment may be made using Paypal, Google Check Out, Check or Money Order. Buyers may send cash at their own risk. We do not accept payment through wire transfers or Western Union because of the high added fees imposed.

Privacy Policy

We will endeavor at all times to ensure that information provided to us by you will be held in accordance with current data protection regulations. This means, amongst other things, that we will process your data fairly and lawfully. We do not share or sell your information to anyone outside of Fishinglines Ltd.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. You may return items once you have a return approval code. Items must be in new, unaltered, unused condition and in our original packaging.

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the receipt with original tags still intact. Items returned in any other condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for any shipping cost to mail the item to us.

All returned products will be inspected before any refund is issued. If a product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued.

There will be $20.00 restocking fee for all returns or exchanges (to lower value) under $100 purchase or 20% restocking fee for over $100 purchase. We will deduct this fee from your refund. For exchange requests, exchange items will be mailed after we receive the returned items. Actual shipping will apply for this exchange.

Custom made items and custom lettered items (jerseys etc.) cannot be returned for any reason.

If we have made a mistake, we will take care of the issue. We will also reimburse you for any return via US Priority Mail that you incur because of a mistake or error on our part. (If you select another carrier or faster method, you are responsible for the difference.) You must notify us of any issue within 3 days of the delivery date.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges are intended not only to cover the actual cost of the shipping, but also the handling of the item and the fees that go along with shipping. These associated expenses include, but are not limited to: packaging supplies, labor, warehousing, trucking and transport, taxes and other expenses associated with operating our business. Many times the packaging, transporting and importing the merchandise cost as much or more than the actual merchandise. Typically we do not offer insurance on our items. But all shipments from Asia are sent by registered airmail which is very safe. While we are not responsible for lost or damage items in transit, we will make every effort to correct the situation.

Priority Shipping

All shipments are from SE Asia and are packaged by us and shipped by registered priority airmail for the safety of our buyers. Registered airmail is one of the safest ways to ship items around the world. We always try to ship every day of the week, but please allow time for orders to be processed. Fast delivery of the purchases is very important to us. Depending upon how items are shipped the postal estimate for worldwide transit times range from 7 days to 21 days on average.


We ship your orders as quickly as possible. We mail your orders to your billing or delivery address. Anyone at the billing address or delivery address who receives the order shall be presumed by Fishinglines Ltd. to receive the items.

Damaged Deliveries: All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the unlikely event an item is received damaged or if there is an error, you must report it to us within 3 days of delivery.

If delivery delay is due to the shipping company we can not and will not be liable or responsible for the delay. It is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver in the time frame they advertise. Any remedies shall be in accordance with the shipping company's policies.
